The Millinery Gala was hosted by the Millinery Association of Australia
as part of Hat Week Australia. It was held at Mon Bijou in Melbourne where the winners of the
Design Award, Student Design Award and Hall of Fame were announced.
The Design Award 2019 was judged by
MAA President Possum Ball, Creative Stylist Virginia Dowzer, Creative
Director and Presenter Philip Boon and Hat Magazine Editor Lauren Ritchie.
