About the Exhibition
Fantasy or fashion—many hats are crafted with a theme and a story. And what better place to explore these stories than beneath The Domeof the iconic Geelong Library & Heritage Centre, a masterpiece of contemporary architectural design?
Hats Under the Dome presents an inspiring installation of Millinery Art and Fashion Hats, showcasing the creative, vibrant works of Millinery Australia Members.
This exhibition offers a rare opportunity to view, up close, the craftsmanship typically seen only on runways, in galleries, at Fashions on the Field, and in millinery competitions. Discover the skill, imagination, and artistry that bring each hat and headpiece to life.
