Belinda Osborne is an Australian hat designer and owner of millinery label PEACOCK MILLINERY and her designs are shipped from her Darwin based studio to be seen at numerous race events and Fashions on the Field events all over the world.

Renowned for designs that embody a structural beauty and contemporary elegance, the Peacock Millinery brand is modern, innovative and recognized amongst racegoers for craftmanship and meticulous attention to detail.

As one of the Northern Territory’s most highly regarded milliners, Belinda is proud to have been a milliner of choice for the Darwin Cup Carnival Ambassador for a number of years and has also been thrilled to be invited to showcase her pieces at various coveted events, such as Northern Territory Fashion Week, London Hat Week Exhibition and the MYER Fashions on the Field – Millinery Award, where she was runner-up at the 2019 competition and placed 3rd in 2015.

Belinda also teaches millinery through workshops and provides talks and demonstrations at events in Northern Territory to promote millinery.
