With the world in the midst of a global pandemic in
2020 and Australia in various stages of lockdown with travel restrictions
and night curfews, we were unable to host our annual Design Award and Gala Evening
in Adelaide as planned. To keep spirits high amongst our members during a difficult time, it was decided that we
would host an online photo competition with a fun and frivolous theme. Members were invited to create
a headpiece inspired by their favourite cocktail and photograph their design on a
mannequin head using their smartphone.
